Full Value Properties is a full-service professional property management and real estate sales company.  Full Value Properties is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.  We have been serving the real estate needs of Western Riverside County eighteen years.  The company's office is centrally located in Murrieta.  Full Value Properties is a member of the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors and the California Apartment Association.

Bill Gould Jr - Property Manager & Realtor

Bill is the Property Manager for our rental properties and is the Realtor for properties we lease or sell. He is a member of the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors and the California Regional Multiple Listing Service.  Bill has fourteen years of local real estate experience.

Jennifer Kingsbury - Office Manager & Realtor

Jennifer manages our office and is a Property Manager.  She is a Realtor and member of the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors and the California Regional Multiple Listing Service.

Bill is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor with over 46 years of real estate experience throughout Southern California.  He manages the day-to-day operation of Full Value Properties.  He is a member of the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors and the California Regional Multiple Listing Service.
